Refund & Cancellation Policy
How cancellations and refunds are handled for payments made to Labour Law Guru.
1. Services
Labour Law Guru provides professional services (advisory, compliance, audit, documentation and related work) delivered digitally through the portal or by email. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Cancellation by the client
- A request may be cancelled before an expert starts work; any fee paid for that request will be refunded in full.
- If work has started, the fee for work already performed will be retained and any balance refunded.
- Once the deliverable has been uploaded, the fee for that request is not refundable.
3. Membership / partner fees
Annual membership fees are refundable in full if the application is not approved. After approval and activation, membership fees are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation by Labour Law Guru
If we are unable to take up or complete an assignment, we will refund the amount paid for the undelivered portion.
5. Duplicate or failed payments
Amounts debited twice or for a failed transaction are refunded in full on verification.
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your request reference and payment details. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method; the time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank.
