1. The platform

Labour Law Guru is a platform that connects businesses and professionals with empanelled labour-law and social-security experts and coordinates the resulting work. Information on the website is general in nature and is not case-specific advice.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. Accounts are activated only after review and may be suspended for misuse, false information or non-payment. You are responsible for activity under your login.

3. Engagements

Submitting a request or query does not by itself create an engagement. Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are confirmed for each request. Professional opinions are based on the facts and documents provided and the law as on the date of the opinion.

4. Experts

Empanelled experts are independent professionals and remain responsible for complying with the regulations of their own professional bodies. Empanelment and directory listing are at Labour Law Guru's discretion and may be withdrawn.

5. Uploads

You confirm that you have the right to share the data you upload and that it does not contain unlawful content. Only the file types permitted by the portal may be uploaded.

6. Fees and payments

Fees are payable as confirmed for each engagement or as per the partner rate chart. Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Intellectual property

Website content, tools and formats may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Deliverables prepared for a client may be used by that client for its own purposes.

8. Limitation

Labour Law Guru is not liable for losses arising from reliance on general website content or calculators, or from incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by users.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have jurisdiction.
