Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY — health cover

Hospital cover of ₹5 lakh per family per year for eligible families. It extends to all senior citizens aged 70 and above, and to platform workers registered on e-Shram.

Cover: up to ₹5 lakh per family per year for secondary and tertiary hospital care at empanelled hospitals. It is cashless and paperless.
Who:

families identified from the SECC data and State lists;
all senior citizens aged 70 and above, irrespective of income (Ayushman Vay Vandana card);
gig and platform workers registered on e-Shram, as extended by the Government.

How: check eligibility and get the Ayushman card on the PM-JAY portal or app, or at an empanelled hospital or a CSC.
